Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 3AM Media (we, us) collects through 3ammedia.net (the Site), why, and who it is shared with. The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, and our host keeps standard technical logs. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or cookies of our own, but the pages that show Instagram and LinkedIn posts load those posts from Instagram and LinkedIn.
1. What we collect
When you use the contact form
Your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, the platforms you are interested in and your message. We only receive what you type.
When you email or call us
Whatever you include in your email or tell us on the phone.
When you load any page
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical information for each request: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, the page you came from, and the time.
When you view an embedded Instagram or LinkedIn post
The home page and the Our Work page show our clients' posts using Instagram's and LinkedIn's own embeds. Each embed is a frame served by that platform, so when one loads, your browser contacts Instagram (Meta) or LinkedIn directly, and they receive your IP address, browser and device type, and the address of the page you are viewing. They may also set or read their own cookies inside that frame, and if you are signed in to them they can recognise you. We do not receive any of this and cannot see what you do inside an embed. Posts load as they come into view rather than all at once, so a platform is only contacted for the posts you actually reach. These posts are the only third-party content on the Site, and what happens inside them is governed by Instagram's privacy policy and LinkedIn's privacy policy.
2. What we do not collect
- No analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- No advertising or tracking pixels, such as the Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- No cookies of our own, and nothing we store in your browser. The only cookies that can appear are the ones Instagram and LinkedIn set inside their own embedded posts.
- No accounts or passwords.
Our fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain. Apart from the embedded posts described above, loading a page sends no requests to Google or any other third party. If you click through to Instagram or LinkedIn, those services' own privacy policies apply.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the Site and our email work:
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, where enquiries are stored.
- Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical logs described above.
- Instagram (Meta) and LinkedIn receive the request information described in section 1 when one of their embedded posts loads on a page you are viewing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or anyone's safety.
5. Artificial intelligence
The Site does not use artificial intelligence to analyze you or your messages. Our creative services can involve AI tools, for example in video editing and production. Where AI is used in client work, that is part of the engagement we agree with the client.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our email for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you if you become a client, and for our business records. Vercel keeps its technical logs for a limited period under its own policies.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@3ammedia.net. If the law where you live gives you further privacy rights, we will honor them.
8. Children
The Site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the Site starts collecting anything new, such as analytics, we will say so here first.
